Levitt Leadership Institute
Twenty-five students have been selected to participate in the Levitt Leadership Institute, a competitive, two-week intensive leadership training program for Hamilton students. Eastern Students Investigate Educational Toys in TIMPANI Study
Four students from Eastern Connecticut State University participated in the Center for Early Childhood Education's annual investigation of the most educational toys. The 10th TIMPANI study--Toys that Inspire Mindful Play and Nurture Imagination--concluded on Dec. 4 with a reveal of this year's winning toy: "Magz Clix" (previously known as "Bottle Clix") by Magz.

Sixty-three University of Scranton student-athletes named to the Landmark Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll. The Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or higher and are at least at a sophomore level academically. The conference honored 365 student-athletes on the Academic Honor Roll.

Fall Theatre Production: King Stag
Hamilton students are participating in Hamilton's Fall Theatre production of King Stag, written by Carlo Gozzi and directed by Professor of Theatre Craig Latrell. King Stag, written in 1762, is a fairy tale about love, death, and transformation. The show centers on the human search for honesty in a fantastical world plagued by duplicity and greed. Bunraku-style puppets are used to portray a range of figures, from the stag referenced in the title, to a towering bear, to an animated statue.
